YEEDZIN GUEST HOUSE
Yeedzin Guest House, founded in 1997, is ideally located a few minutes away from the heart of Thimphu City. The family-run guest house has provided hospitality services for almost twenty years and is well established. Every guest at Yeedzin is personally attended to, assuring the best service to make your stay with us comfortable.
The Guest House has recently been renovated, providing the ideal combination of modern amenities with traditional Bhutanese architecture and motifs, allowing all guests to have a truly authentic cultural experience. The courtyard is lined by prayer wheels, and the surroundings are adorned with the best of local flora, including rhododendrons and flowering fruit trees.
We have a variety of rooms ranging from the spacious Deluxe Suite with attached kitchens, often used as apartments by long-staying guests, to the modest single rooms. Every floor is connected with Internet facility and Wi-Fi is free of charge for all guests.
Our restaurant is located on the second floor and provides a uniquely Bhutanese dining experience, adorned with a display of traditional Bhutanese crockery, paintings and textiles.
Yeedzin also has a handicraft store located on the ground floor. The store retails a wide range of traditional Bhutanese products and more recently offers our very own handbags, backpacks and purses made in a unique combination of leather and traditional Bhutanese textile.
Also located on the ground floor is the Pure Vision Sorig Center, a traditional Bhutanese Healing and Wellness Center.
